When doing research, students and their teachers, often want to move quickly to the process of finding and evaluating sources. However, the latter stages of the research process often break down when students have not spent sufficient time selecting a topic and developing meaningful questions to drive their research. Participants in this session will learn strategies for helping students develop quesitoning skills and for integrating question literacy into the opening stages of inquiry.
