GoLearn, which launched in development and pilot phase in September 2023 as part of Future Forward Ohio, gives Ohio schools the ability to offer open seats in their courses to students from other schools and districts across the state via remote live instruction.

During the pilot phase, GoLearn enabled more than 50 students in 5 districts to be enrolled by their districts in courses that were not available to them in their home districts, expanding their learning opportunities.

On October 1, 2024, GoLearn was relaunched with a few important updates:

• Districts registering students for courses will need to contact the agency or district offering the course seat to determine costs and payment procedures.
• Agencies and districts offering course seats have updated their course descriptions with contact info for costs and payment procedures.
• GoLearn now requires Multi-Factor Authentication to ensure data privacy and security.

If you are an administrator in an Ohio PreK-12 district or ESC who would like a GoLearn account, please use the GoLearn Account Request Form. You will be asked to verify that you are the designated representative from your agency or district who should have access to GoLearn.
